1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BettingTips. By downloading, installing, or using the BettingTips mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BettingTips regarding your use of the App and any services provided through it.

2. Description of Service

BettingTips is a sports prediction and analysis application that provides:

• Sports match predictions and betting tips
• Statistical analysis and performance tracking
• Ready-made betting coupons
• Premium content for subscribed users

3. Eligibility

To use BettingTips, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
• Comply with all local laws regarding sports betting and gambling

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Premium Subscriptions

BettingTips offers premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features and content:

• Weekly Premium: 7-day access to premium features
• Monthly Premium: 30-day access to premium features

5.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.

5.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without authorization
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or commercially exploit the App's content

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BettingTips or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Predictions or tips will be accurate or result in profits
• Any information provided is complete or reliable
• Defects will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETTINGTIPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Any gambling losses or financial damages resulting from use of our predictions
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the App in the past 12 months

10. Responsible Gambling

Remember:

• Only bet what you can afford to lose
• Set limits on your betting activities
• Take breaks from gambling
• Never chase losses
• Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
