Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reeva mobile app and related services (collectively, "Reeva"). By installing or using Reeva, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

Reeva is published by Metin Güner, an independent developer ("we", "us"). Contact: mtngnr7@gmail.com.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reeva (16 in jurisdictions where this is the GDPR age of digital consent). If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use Reeva with a parent's or legal guardian's involvement and consent.

Reeva is offered worldwide except where prohibited by local law or where we are unable to comply with applicable export controls or sanctions.

2. Your account

To render videos you sign in with an email address, your Apple ID, or your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know right away.

You may delete your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Delete account). Deletion is permanent and cascades through our backend and storage providers; uploaded photos, generated videos, and purchase history will be removed. Active subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled separately in the App Store / Play Store.

3. Subscriptions

Reeva offers premium subscriptions on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, annual) and a one-time lifetime upgrade. Subscriptions unlock features such as longer video length, higher-resolution output, cinematic Veo-class rendering (where available), no watermark, and a periodic credit grant.

Auto-renewal. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the price shown on the paywall at the time of purchase.

How to cancel. Cancel anytime in your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Reeva.
• Android: Google Play app → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Reeva.

Cancelling stops the next auto-renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by law or by Apple / Google's refund policies.

Price changes. If we change the price of a subscription you already hold, the app stores require us to give you advance notice and obtain your consent before the new price applies.

4. Credits and credit packs

Rendering a video consumes credits from your balance. The credit cost per render depends on the video length and model (a 5-second standard render currently costs 60 credits; a Veo cinematic render currently costs 300 credits). Costs are shown in the app before you render.

You receive a small number of free renders when you sign up, plus a recurring credit grant if you hold an active subscription. You can also purchase additional credits as one-time, non-recurring credit packs. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or by the App Store / Play Store refund policy. Credits do not expire while your account is active and have no cash value.

If a render fails through no fault of yours (for example, an upstream AI provider error), Reeva will automatically refund the credits to your balance.

5. Your content

Photos you upload. You keep all rights to the photos you upload to Reeva. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and process your photos solely to deliver the AI render you requested. We do not use your photos to train AI models and do not share them with third parties beyond what is necessary for the render (see the Privacy Policy).

Videos you generate. You own the videos Reeva produces from your inputs, subject to compliance with these Terms and any applicable third-party rights. You are free to use, share, and monetize the videos. Reeva makes no warranty that AI-generated output is original, unique, or free of similarity to other output.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reeva to create, upload, request, share, or distribute content that:

• depicts sexual content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material;
• depicts minors in any inappropriate, sexualized, or harmful context;
• depicts graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content glorifying violence;
• depicts real people without their consent (especially in sexualized, defamatory, or fraudulent contexts — deepfakes are prohibited);
• infringes intellectual property rights, including copyrighted images, brand logos, or trademarked characters used without permission;
• contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or content targeting protected groups;
• promotes illegal activity, weapons, dangerous goods, or controlled substances;
• impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity;
• contains malware, scams, or attempts to defraud others;
• violates any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Reeva uses automated moderation (AWS Rekognition for images, OpenAI Moderation for prompts) to detect and block obviously disallowed content before rendering. Moderation is not perfect: you remain responsible for the content you submit, and we may remove content or restrict your account if we detect violations.

7. AI output disclaimer

Reeva's videos are produced by third-party AI models. AI output can be inaccurate, unrealistic, or otherwise unintended. You should review every generated video before sharing or using it publicly. Do not rely on Reeva for advice that requires professional judgement (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

8. Service availability

Reeva is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep the app reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, for reasons that include maintenance, security incidents, or upstream provider outages.

9. Termination

You can stop using Reeva at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the service (for example, by automating render requests, attempting to bypass rate limits, or fraudulently obtaining credits), or use Reeva for prohibited content. We will give notice where reasonable; serious violations may result in immediate termination.

On termination, your right to use Reeva ends immediately. Stored data is removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Reeva is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the AI output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Reeva or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Reeva in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US $20.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by your local law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reeva and its developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right (including any intellectual property right).

13. Apple-specific terms

If you use Reeva on iOS, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Reeva — not between you and Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Reeva. In the event of any failure of Reeva to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple; Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey — except that, to the extent local law gives you additional consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you inside the app on next launch. If you continue using Reeva after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
