Definition of the service

Doza is a reminder app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations. It does not use AI or algorithms to make health suggestions. Medications, vitamins, appointments and reports inside Doza are shown exactly as you enter them.

Health decisions

Consult your doctor for all health-related matters. Doza does not make decisions for you; it only triggers the reminders you set. Your physician and the medication leaflet are the only authoritative sources for doses, treatment duration, or any therapy changes.

Reliability of notifications

Whether reminders arrive on time depends on your phone's notification settings, battery optimization, "Do Not Disturb" mode and operating system behavior. Doza cannot be held responsible for missed reminders or any health consequences resulting from them. For critical doses, we recommend an additional reminder method (clock alarm, pill organizer, family member follow-up).

Age requirement

Doza is designed for users aged 13 and older. Medications of children under 13 may be tracked by a parent via the family profile feature.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Doza for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe on the rights of others. When creating a family profile, you confirm that the person whose information you record has consented to your tracking it on their behalf.

Disclaimer of liability

Doza is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for direct or indirect damages arising from software bugs, device incompatibilities, operating system updates, or force majeure events that may cause temporary or permanent malfunction.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Acceptance

By continuing to use the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, simply uninstall the app.
